We want to make sure that our customers always enjoy their experience when they bet with LCR Lotto. Gambling can be great fun, as long as you stay in control. We take the issue of responsible gambling very seriously and provide a range of options to help you to gamble sensibly.
Customers can control the amount of money they are able to deposit into their account each day, week or month. These amounts may be revised downwards at any time but any request to increase a limit or change the time period will only be implemented 24 hours after the request. Our customer service team will be happy to provide any further information required but are unable to override limits set by customers.
If you wish to take a short break from gambling, you can request a Time Out for any period from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be closed and will only be automatically unlocked after the selected period has expired. Your current bets and subscription will still be active.
Whilst most customers are able to enjoy their gambling, Lotto Network recognises that for a very small number of customers gambling ceases to be fun. For those customers who wish to restrict their gambling, Lotto Network provides a self-exclusion facility. A self-exclusion enables you to close your account for a minimum of 6 months and up to 5 years. During the self-exclusion period, no access to the account will be permitted and you will be removed from all marketing communications. The self-exclusion will end only after the chosen period of time has elapsed and you actively request access to your account again. You can self-exclude by selecting the appropriate option in the Bet Responsibly area within your Player Account or by contacting our Customer Services team.

If you feel you may have a problem with your gambling, ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you stay away from work or college to gamble?
- Do you gamble to escape from a boring or unhappy life?
- When gambling and you run out of money, do you feel lost and in despair, and need to gamble again as soon as possible?
- Do you gamble until your last penny is gone, even the bus fare home or the cost of a cup of tea?
- Have you ever lied to cover up the amount of money or time you have gambled?
- Have others ever criticised your gambling?
- Have you lied, stolen or borrowed just to get money to gamble or pay gambling debts?
- Are you reluctant to spend 'gambling money' on anything else?
- Have you lost interest in your family, friends or interests?
- After losing, do you feel you must try and win back your losses as soon as possible?
- Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to gamble?
- Do you feel depressed or even suicidal because of your gambling?
The more you answer 'yes' to these questions, the more likely you are to have a serious gambling problem. If you want to talk to someone about your gambling you can contact our Customer Service team or any of the following organisations:
